This graph displays incidents from http://globalincidentmap.com/home.php over time, to visually represent whether the country is getting safer or more dangerous. Note that the data isn't completely accurate because it attempts to parse the english language in the headline, giving false positives like "plans to kill 10" which parses the same as "rebels kill 10". Also I try to filter out LTTE deaths. Hover over each item to determine whether it seems accurate.
